Fantastic and very helpful staff. Hotel facilities up to expectations and not having to pay for the extra TV channels exceeded the expactations we had on the arrival.
Nothing really, except look for open windows as this area might be frequented by a rare bat.

The hotel is very well located in the middle of the Prosecco region. It is very comfortable, clean and situated in a calm area. The family that runs the place made everything for our stay be the best. A mark of 10 plus does not reflect how much we enjoyed the place and the staff !!!!

Lovely hotel. Great value for money. Excellent staff who were very helpful. I will stay there again when I next travel to the area.
The soundproofed rooms were lovely and quiet, until other guests arrived at their rooms in the same section and proceeded to shout through their doors to one another! I think though that it's just the other guests who needed to be considerate of other people, especially when it's late at night or early morning.

The view from our room was spectacular, we were surrounded by vineyards which was very pleasant to the eye. The breakfast was good but the coffee was excellent, it had a rich taste and it energized me for the long day ahead. The location was perfect for my business trip, it was close to the companies I needed to visit which made it very convenient.
The room was quite small and it was a bit hard to move around. There was no space to do any work which was problematic during my business trip. I also found the staff a bit unenthusiastic and not so friendly, which made me feel unwelcome. The Wi-Fi was poor, and I had to go to the lobby to get a connection, this was a big annoyance for me as I needed to work in my room.

Our experience at the Villaguarda was the best hotel experience i've had in Italy and our expectations were exceeded by a long shot. The hotel owners showed genuine hospitality and care. Knowing that we didn't have a car, they took us around to see sites and also provided transfers to the train station. The hotel grounds were charming and relaxing and the rooms were designed in good taste and were very spacious, clean and comfortable. I would compare this with a 4 star hotel. The family that runs the hotel were so lovely and friendly and I'm looking forward to staying there again next year. Family run businesses are typical in countrysides of Italy and i'm so glad we got to experience it not only at Villaguarda but also at nearby restaurants that they recommended. Follina town is the perfect spot for visiting nearby sites such as: Treviso, Valdo, Prosecco wineries, Asolo, Castles. I would highly recommend staying here.
I loved everything about this hotel. Not one complaint.

the location was perfect for our business trip, with easy access to key areas and attractions. We also appreciated the free internet and good breakfast offered by the hotel.
Limited temperature control in the room, no elevator Unfortunately, the temperature control in our room was not very effective, and we found it difficult to regulate the temperature to our liking. we were disappointed to find that the hotel did not have an elevator, which made it challenging to carry our luggage up and down the outdoor stairway to the rooms.

Nice surroundings - green hills, wineyards. Free minibar. Nice garden surrounding the hotel.
The furniture of the room was not nearly as nice as shown on the pictures in the web. Rather noisy due to the closeby street. Was not easy to find a place for dinner - many of the restaurants in the surroundings were closed on Wednesday.
